RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a risk-free 10 days return policy. To return an item for an exchange or a refund the following conditions must be met:

- You must contact us via email at customerservice@luxe-deluxe.com to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number.
- The goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
– The goods must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging). 

No refunds or exchanges will be offered on sale or discounted items.

Refunds and credit notes can only be issued for full priced items purchased online and “change of mind” returns must comply with the returns policy.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Contact us within 10 days of delivery via email at customerservice@luxe-deluxe.com to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number and provide a reason for return. Once your return has been approved by one of our friendly staff, you will receive your RA number.

Please fill out the Return Form sent with your order or download a copy HERE.

All items for return or exchange must be sent with the form and RA number within 10 days of delivery to the below address:

Kindly note that returned goods will not be accepted without a Return Form and RA number.
All return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser. Luxe Deluxe will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for the return of goods that have been deemed faulty, on the condition that shipping charge receipt documents are provided.


RETURNS LIMITS

No refunds or exchanges will be offered on sale or discounted items.

Items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same style. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on undergarments, jewellery, accessories or sale items unless the goods have been deemed faulty.

If the goods are faulty or different to what you ordered we will provide a full refund at our discretion.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault has occurred. Please note that items, which have been damaged as a result of wear, are not considered to be faulty.

In accordance with Consumer Affairs, we will offer to repair faulty items where possible. We will try to exchange any items that are deemed faulty, however this is subject to availability and cannot always be fulfilled.
