RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please read the below return policy carefully before making purchases online. 

Luxe Deluxe Online Return Policy:

  • You may return your item/s within 10-days from date of purchase
  • Returns outside of this 10-day period will not be accepted unless at the absolute discretion of the Luxe Deluxe E-Commerce Manager
  • All return shipping for “change of mind” is at the expense of the purchaser– the purchaser is responsible for the return of the garment/s
  • All returns deemed faulty will be credited including the cost of return shipping
  • We do not accept return of sale items
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on undergarments and accessories unless the goods have been deemed faulty

Change of Mind Returns

  • We offer a risk-free 10-day return policy from the date of purchase. The following terms and conditions apply:
    • Refunds can only be issued for full priced items purchased online
    • Item/s must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed
    • All returns must incorporate all original packaging, including tags, shoe boxes, and dust bags. These must be returned in original condition as they are considered part of the item
    • Please post your return to Luxe Deluxe’s flagship store in Armadale within 7 days of receiving your order. Your item must include the Return Form sent with your delivery
    • Credit notes issued after a return will be valid for 3 months from the date the goods were purchased
    • All sale purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged
    • In the event that a “change of mind” return does not meet any of the above terms, Luxe Deluxe reserves the right to reject the return

Faulty

  • Luxe Deluxe stands by the quality of our garments, and as such will accept any damaged or faulty goods back for assessment
  • Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault has occurred
  • Please note that items, which have been damaged as a result of wear, are not considered to be faulty
  • In accordance with Consumer Affairs, if the goods are deemed faulty, we will offer to repair faulty items where possible or provide a full refund

 How to Return Goods

  1. Complete the return form included with your delivery.
  2. Securely enclose the return form, and the item you are returning into your satchel that your delivery was received in.
  3. All items for return or exchange must be sent within 7 days of delivery, to the below address:

Kindly note that returned goods will not be accepted without a return form.

 

Luxe Deluxe In-Store Return Policy:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any in-store purchases
  • We do offer a 7-day exchange policy within our Luxe Deluxe Armadale Flagship on full price purchases
  • Credit notes can be issued as an alternative to a direct exchange
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from date of issue
  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered on sale or discounted items
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on undergarments and accessories unless the goods have been deemed faulty.
